Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who applies for, purchases a ticket to, or attends the Ajim Summit. Please read them before applying.

1.The Event

The Ajim Summit (the "Summit") is a private, application-only investor event hosted by Ajim Capital. The Summit is scheduled to take place on September 22, 2026 in New York City. By applying for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2.Application and Admission

Attendance is by application and subject to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Ajim Capital reviews applications at its discretion and reserves the right to accept or decline any application in order to maintain the quality and character of the room.

3.Tickets and Payment

Admission is offered at one flat rate of $1,500, all-inclusive, covering the full day of programming and the hospitality described on the Summit website. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes and fees. Applications that are not approved are not charged.

4.Tickets Are Personal

Tickets are issued to you personally and admit only the named attendee. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or shared without written permission from Ajim Capital. Tickets obtained through any unauthorized channel are not valid for entry.

5.Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to attend, you may request in writing to transfer your place, which Ajim Capital may approve at its discretion.

If Ajim Capital cancels the Summit in full and does not reschedule it, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price.

6.Changes to the Program

Ajim Capital may adjust the date, venue, schedule, speakers, or program of the Summit where reasonably necessary. Speakers and participants are confirmed in advance but may change for reasons outside our control. Changes of this kind do not entitle attendees to a refund.

7.Conduct at the Event

The Summit is a professional, closed-door environment. Ajim Capital may decline entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event. Valid identification may be requested at entry.

8.Privacy and Discretion

Conversations at the Summit are intended to be candid. Attendees are expected to treat what is shared in sessions and private discussions with discretion. Attendee information is handled confidentially and is not shared with other attendees or third parties without consent.

9.Photography and Recording

Parts of the Summit may be photographed or recorded for Ajim Capital's own promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in photography or recordings, let a member of the team know at the event and we will do our best to accommodate you.

10.Updates to These Terms

Ajim Capital may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is the one posted on the Summit website. Please review it when you apply.
